摘 要
會(huì)展業(yè)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力是整個(gè)會(huì)展業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的核心所在,也是體現(xiàn)會(huì)展業(yè)具體實(shí)力的核心所在。隨著國(guó)內(nèi)外會(huì)展業(yè)的不斷發(fā)展,會(huì)展業(yè)之間的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)、所面臨的壓力和挑戰(zhàn)將會(huì)不斷增大。要使東莞會(huì)展業(yè)在未來(lái)的發(fā)展和競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中處于不敗之地,就應(yīng)該增強(qiáng)東莞會(huì)展業(yè)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,切實(shí)有效地提高其競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,做好應(yīng)對(duì)未來(lái)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)和挑戰(zhàn)。本文通過(guò)對(duì)東莞會(huì)展業(yè)自身實(shí)際情況的分析,和通過(guò)對(duì)比香港、上海、廣州地區(qū)會(huì)展業(yè)的情況,并參考了國(guó)外著名會(huì)展業(yè)國(guó)家的先進(jìn)經(jīng)驗(yàn),指出東莞會(huì)展業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力存在的不足,如會(huì)展舉辦無(wú)序、會(huì)展品牌混雜、會(huì)展主辦方缺乏、會(huì)展人員匱乏、會(huì)展管理水平不高、品牌知名度參差不齊、缺乏信息化和市場(chǎng)化。根據(jù)上述問(wèn)題,本文提出了東莞會(huì)展業(yè)應(yīng)該加強(qiáng)全市統(tǒng)一規(guī)劃和部署、提高管理服務(wù)水平、運(yùn)用品牌戰(zhàn)略、提高信息化和市場(chǎng)化、制定長(zhǎng)遠(yuǎn)有效的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略、鼓勵(lì)莞港和其他國(guó)內(nèi)外會(huì)展業(yè)合資合作等的對(duì)策。本文具體的描述如下。
首先,本文概述了國(guó)內(nèi)外會(huì)展業(yè)的概況,并重點(diǎn)介紹東莞會(huì)展業(yè)的概況。
其次,本文詳細(xì)講述了東莞會(huì)展業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力不足之處。

Abstract
The core of the exhibition industry’s competition lies in itself, as well as a reflection of the detailed strength of the exhibition industry. With the development of the exhibition industry both at home and abroad, competition between exhibition industry, the pressure and the challenges will increase. The strategy which makes the Dongguan exhibition industry lie in the position of undefeated in the coming development and competition is to strengthen the capability of the Dongguan exhibition industry and prepare for the competition and challenge. The article points out the present deficiency of the Dongguan exhibition industry’s competition by the analysis of Dongguan exhibition industry, the comparison with the exhibition industry in Hongkong, Shanghai and Guangzhou and the use of reference of the advanced experience from the famous exhibition industry abroad such as out-of-order of holding of the exhibitions, the jumble of brands, the shortage of exhibitors, the poor management of the exhibition, the lack of information. According with the above problem, the article presents a policy of strengthening the programming and dispose of the city, improving the management and service, exerting a strategy of brands, accelerate the speed of informationization and marketization, establishing a long-term and effective strategy, encourages the cooperation of the exhibition industry between Dongguan, Hongkong and foreign countries for Dongguan. I will describe as follows.
At first, I provide an overview of domestic and international trade exhibitions profile and highlight the Dongguan Exhibition Industry Overview.
The second, I explain in detail the Dongguan Exhibition Industry competitive shortcomings.
Then, I discuss the cause of the weakness of Dongguan Exhibition industry’s competitiveness.
Finally, I propose some advice to enhance the Dongguan Exhibition Industry’s competitiveness.
