Abstract
With the evolving trend of economic globalization, the manufacturing enterprise transform their concern of cost from production and marketing area to logistic area. Through the study of enterprise logistic cost theory, make sure the classification and formation of manufacturing enterprise logistic cost and the characteristics of logistic cost. Take the Xinxing shielded cable manufacturing limited company for example to analysis how the logistics cost changing effect on manufacturing enterprise financial management.
Based on the real procedure of cable manufacturing enterprise to analysis the logistic cost of three key links: procurement, warehousing and internal transportation, and proposes strategy of logistic cost control. Through the analysis of the logistic system and the logistic cost composition of Xinxing company, combine related theories, based on the aims of cost control come up with strategies of logistic cost reducing .Hope this article can provide some references to the logistic cost control of cable manufacturing enterprises.
