摘要
物流管理是當代經(jīng)濟發(fā)展中的熱點問題。進入新世紀，隨著經(jīng)濟全球化和一
體化的趨勢日益明顯，物流業(yè)的發(fā)展程度已成為衡量一個國家現(xiàn)代化程度和綜合
國力的重要標志之一，所以對物流活動的良好管理是至關重要的。良好的物流管
理將供應鏈中的每一項活動都看成增值服務過程。有專家預言，21世紀的市場
競爭將會超越企業(yè)與企業(yè)、產(chǎn)品與產(chǎn)品之間的競爭，取而代之的是供應鏈與供應
鏈的競爭。在我國越來越多的企業(yè)管理者及其相關部門已逐步意識到物流在企業(yè)
戰(zhàn)略中的重大意義和重要地位。美國、日本、歐洲等發(fā)達國家經(jīng)過幾十年的發(fā)展，
其物流管理水平已進入了現(xiàn)代化、信息化和國際化階段。其物流技術(shù)高速發(fā)展，
物流管理水平不斷提高；專業(yè)物流形成規(guī)模，采用共同配送的先進方式；同時物
流企業(yè)向集約化、協(xié)同化、全球化方向發(fā)展；合理的物流人才教育培訓體系已經(jīng)
形成；綠色物流成為了新增長點。我國物流起步較晚，基礎薄弱，經(jīng)過多年的發(fā)
展，取得了很好的成績，但仍處于逐步發(fā)展階段，與世界上發(fā)達國家相比仍有較
大差距?，F(xiàn)代物流業(yè)是一個開放性、國際化的產(chǎn)業(yè)。認真學習發(fā)達國家在物流理
論研究和市場實踐方面的先進經(jīng)驗，消化吸收，結(jié)合實際，開拓創(chuàng)新，這是加快
我國現(xiàn)代物流發(fā)展的有效途徑。
本文主要介紹研究了物流相關概念的演變，發(fā)達國家及我國現(xiàn)代物流管理的
發(fā)展歷史。在此基礎上從七個方面出發(fā)詳細分析了我國現(xiàn)代物流管理現(xiàn)狀與發(fā)達
國家之間的差距并提出了解決對策。最后對我國物流管理發(fā)展的前景作了描繪。
本文的寫作目的是喚起更多政府相關部門及企業(yè)管理者對物流管理的重視，根據(jù)
企業(yè)現(xiàn)狀和國際經(jīng)濟形勢，通過加強和改善物流管理，找出一條促進企業(yè)持續(xù)、
健康、快速、穩(wěn)定的發(fā)展道路，提高企業(yè)核心競爭能力，全方位的參與融入國際
競爭環(huán)境。這不僅關系到企業(yè)自身的前途和命運，還關系到我國國民經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的
大局。本文如果能夠起到拋磚引玉的作用，使得更多的企業(yè)管理者和從事相關物
流工作的同仁都能關心和研究我國物流管理的發(fā)展，從而促進企業(yè)和國家的經(jīng)濟
發(fā)展，便達到了本文的寫作目的

Abstract
Logistics management is the hotspot of the economy development in the moment.
In 21st century,going with the current of economic globalization and integration,the
grade of logistics management is one of the most important indicator of a country’s
modern grade and general national power.So the well management of logistics is very
important.In well management of supply chain,every movement is a value added
course.Some specialists predicted that the competition of supply chain would replace
the competition of enterprises and production in market in 21st century.In China,more
and more governors of the enterprises recognize the important significance and
position of the logistics movement in the whole strategy.After lots of years of
development,many modern countries,e.g.USA,Japan and Europe have high level of
logistics management which has been in modernization,information and
internationalization.The logistics technology and logistics management has developed
quickly.Professional logistics has become big size with corporate distribution.
Meantime the business logistics is developing concentrated,cooperated and globally.
The suitable education and training system has been set up.The green logistics
becomes a new profit point.After many years of development,because of the late start
of research and poor base,the logistics management in China is still in the beginning
though it has advanced very much.There are huge disparity between China and the
other modern countries.Modern Logistics is an exoteric and international industry.It’s
an effective method to speed up development of our logistics management by learning
the experience of research and practice of the modern countries and absorb and
innovate.
This article presents the definition evolvement of logistics first.Then it traces the
development evolvement of logistics management.Based on these theoretic,it
analyses and researches the disparity of the logistics management between China and
other modern countries on seven aspects.Then it also puts forward the
countermeasures for how to reduce the gap.Finally it paints the foreground of Chinese
logistics management development.
The purpose for writing this article is to raise more governors to think more of the
logistics management.Through enhancing and amending the logistics management,
help them find a developmental way to promote the business constantly,correctly,
rapidly and steadily.Help them advance the capacity of competition and take part in
the national competitive condition.It has a bearing not only on the future and destiny
of the enterprises,but also on the general situation of the national economic
development of China.If this article encourages others to come up with valuable
opinions,drives more people focus on and study the development of our logistics
management by pooling the wisdom and efforts of everyone to promote the economic
development of our country,then the purpose of this article is achieved.3
