內(nèi)容摘要 高等學(xué)校圖書館是學(xué)校的文獻(xiàn)信息中心,高校圖書館的工作是學(xué)校教學(xué)和科研工作的重要組成部分。圖書館是為用戶而存在的,服務(wù)質(zhì)量的評(píng)價(jià)也必然應(yīng)從讀者感受的角度出發(fā)。美國(guó)研究圖書館協(xié)會(huì)(ARL)推行的LIBQUAL+TM正是基于用戶感知的對(duì)圖書館服務(wù)質(zhì)量進(jìn)行測(cè)評(píng)的有效工具。本文對(duì)LIBQUAL+TM評(píng)價(jià)工具進(jìn)行了適度改造,參照LibQUAL+TM實(shí)現(xiàn)模式,根據(jù)我校讀書館的實(shí)際情況,進(jìn)行了設(shè)計(jì)開(kāi)發(fā)了一個(gè)相對(duì)簡(jiǎn)單的服務(wù)質(zhì)量在線評(píng)價(jià)系統(tǒng)。從需求分析、功能模塊設(shè)計(jì)、數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)的設(shè)計(jì)及主要實(shí)現(xiàn)技術(shù)等幾個(gè)方面介紹實(shí)現(xiàn)服務(wù)質(zhì)量評(píng)價(jià)的系統(tǒng)方法。

ABSTRACT Higher school library is the school information center,and the school teaching and research work in the important component.The library is for the user and exist,service quality eva luation also inevitable fr-om readers feel Angle。Association of Research Libraries implementation LIBQUAL+TM was based on readers feel Angle of the library service quality eva luation of the effective tools.This paper LIBQUAL + TM eva-luation tools for a moderate transformation,Refer to LibQUAL + TM reali-zation model,according to the actual situation of our school library,design and develop a relatively simple online service quality eva luation system. From requirements analysis, functional module design, database design and implementation techniques, and several other aspects of principal introduced the system to achieve service quality eva luation methods.
