摘 要

建筑節(jié)能已經(jīng)成為建筑行業(yè)發(fā)展的基本要求。通過對比，了解節(jié)能建筑與傳統(tǒng)建筑在建設(shè)成本上的差別，引入造價管理應(yīng)該怎樣適應(yīng)建筑節(jié)能這一趨勢，使造價管理適應(yīng)行業(yè)新的發(fā)展要求。
Abstract： Building energy efficiency has become the basic requirements of building industry development. Through comparing the difference of construction cost with the energy-saving building and traditional building, it introduces a trend that how cost management should adapt to building energy efficiency, and makes it to adapt to the new development requirements of the industry
