淺談日本人力資源管理模式對(duì)我公司的啟發(fā)

[摘要]近年來(lái)，隨著我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)高速發(fā)展，發(fā)展具有中國(guó)特色的人力資源管理模式已是大勢(shì)所趨。放眼東瀛，歷史上與我國(guó)一衣帶水的島國(guó)日本，其人力資源開發(fā)與管理模式非常具有本土特點(diǎn)，深入了解日本人力資源管理模式對(duì)于完善我國(guó)人力資源管理工作有著重要意義。

[Abstract]In recent years, with the rapid development of Chinese economy, developing H.R. (Human Resources) Management Model with Chinese characteristics is ultimately inevitable. Looking Japan, the country which is our close neighbor separated by only a strip of water in the history, it have its own local characteristics in development and management of human resources. In order to improve Chinese human resource management, it is important for us to understand Japanese human resource management deeply.
