摘 要

[摘要] 本設(shè)計(jì)為某住宅小區(qū)1#樓招標(biāo)文件設(shè)計(jì)，共有20層，結(jié)構(gòu)形式為全現(xiàn)澆框架—剪力墻結(jié)構(gòu)。
本人采用了工程量清單計(jì)價(jià)的方法，并參考了廣西05定額與2012年3月柳州市信息價(jià)，從而得出招標(biāo)控制價(jià)。根據(jù)工程量清單及工程造價(jià)編制了某住宅小區(qū)1#樓的施工招標(biāo)文件。
在設(shè)計(jì)過程中，本人主要使用了兩種軟件，一種是廣聯(lián)達(dá)鋼筋抽樣2009軟件，另一種是博奧清單2010軟件。
招標(biāo)，是一種市場交易、搜尋商業(yè)對(duì)象的行為。招標(biāo)指在一定范圍內(nèi)公開貨物、工程或服務(wù)、采購的條件和要求，并邀請(qǐng)眾多投標(biāo)人參加投標(biāo)，之后按照原先規(guī)定程序，從中選擇合適者作為交易對(duì)象。
而其中的招標(biāo)控制價(jià)是招標(biāo)人或招標(biāo)人委托的造價(jià)咨詢機(jī)構(gòu)編制的，依據(jù)招標(biāo)圖紙、市場材料價(jià)格、當(dāng)?shù)氐囊?guī)費(fèi)取費(fèi)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)等，編制的該項(xiàng)目的工程最高限價(jià)。

Abstract

[Abstract]This design is a bidding documents for the 1# of a residential district in LiuZhou.This building have 20 floors,Frame - shear wall structure.
I used the Valuation method of the Bill of Quantities(BOQ),and reference the Guang Xi fixed of 2005 and Liu Zhou current price on market in March 2012.Finally I get the Bidding control price . Establishment the construction incurs the bidding documents for the 1# of a residential district, according to the list and Bidding control price .
In the design process, I mainly use two kinds of software, a wide the Glodon GGJ2009 software, the other is the Boaolist 2010 software.
Bidding, is a market transaction, the behavior of the search for business objects. The bidding refers to the public within a certain range of goods, works or services, conditions and requirements of the procurement, and invited a number of bidders to participate in the bidding, after the program in accordance with the original provisions, choose asuitable object as a trading
