摘要
本設(shè)計的零件為叉桿，選用QT40-10鋼。根據(jù)零件的形狀、尺寸精度、生產(chǎn)的經(jīng)濟效益等各方面的詳細(xì)分析其加工工藝，多采用專用機床加工。通過對零件的分析，此軸要求精度高，工序適當(dāng)集中，要求光滑，所以選用工具和尺寸要準(zhǔn)。最后對零件進(jìn)行校核。以便達(dá)到零件精度的要求。

Abstract：
This design components are a beam holder.Selects the QT40-10 steel.
According to the components shape, the size precision, the production economic efficiency and so on various aspects multianalysis its processing craft, uses the special purpose machine processing much. Through to the components analysis, this axis required accuracy is high, the working procedure suitable centralism, the request is smooth, therefore selects the tool and the size wants.Finally carries on the examination to the components.In order to achieve the components precision the request.
