摘要
本系統(tǒng)以摩托羅拉16位DSP芯片56F807為核心處理器,主要負責(zé)A/D采集、D/A輸出和PID算法的計算。在恒流電源控制電路中,采用大功率達林頓管提供恒流電源所需要的大電流,負載可變,輸出電壓在10V以內(nèi)變化。D/A輸出電壓控制輸出電流在20mA到2000mA之間調(diào)節(jié),并保持穩(wěn)定。本系統(tǒng)采用單閉環(huán)負反饋PID(比例、積分、微分)算法控制,縮短上升時間,減小超調(diào)量,減小了輸出電流的偏差。采用 總線接口鍵盤,具有設(shè)定值調(diào)整,微調(diào)(步進量1),粗調(diào)(步進量10)三種調(diào)整功能,中文LCD,可同時顯示設(shè)定值,實際值和測量誤差的絕對值。本系統(tǒng)具有超壓保護和報警功能。我們自行設(shè)計了 15V、+12V和5V電源為系統(tǒng)供電。
Abstract
This system depends on Motorola DSP56F807 as the core. It is mainly used for A/D collection, D/A controller and PID control algorithm in the automatic control system.In the constant ampere power source circuit, we use complementary silicon power darlington transistors for the large current supply, variable load and variable voltage within 10V.D/A output voltage can control the current between 20mA and 2000mA.
This system adoption list shuts the wreath negative feedback PID( proportion, integral calculus, differential calculus) calculate way control, shortening to rise time, let up super adjust the quantity, let up to output the deviation of the electric current. Adopt the bus connects a keyboard, having the initial value adjustment, tiny adjust, large adjust three kinds of adjust the function, LCD with Chinese characters, which can show the initial value at the same time, actual value and measure absolute value of the error margin. This system has super press the protection and warning system. We by ourselves designed the 15 Vs, 12V and 5V power supplies to be the system power supplies.

1.1 控制方案比較
方案一(見圖1)此方案是傳統(tǒng)的模擬PID控制方案,其優(yōu)點是不占用CPU處理器的時間,對處理器性能的要求比較低。但模擬PID控制方式的參數(shù)不易匹配,調(diào)節(jié)時間長,難以把精度做得很高,并且難以實現(xiàn)題中要求的良好的人機交互功能。
