淺析國(guó)外對(duì)我國(guó)反傾銷(xiāo)的原因

摘 要：中國(guó)不但是最大的發(fā)展中國(guó)家，也是世界遭遇反傾銷(xiāo)指控最多的國(guó)家之一。加入WTO后，我國(guó)已享受最惠國(guó)待遇和國(guó)民待遇，獲得了更穩(wěn)定的出口市場(chǎng)，贏得更加有利的國(guó)際環(huán)境。但國(guó)外對(duì)我國(guó)企業(yè)的反傾銷(xiāo)有增無(wú)減，其范圍逐漸擴(kuò)大，影響不斷升級(jí)。近些年來(lái)國(guó)際社會(huì)對(duì)我國(guó)企業(yè)頻繁實(shí)施反傾銷(xiāo)調(diào)查,影響了我國(guó)對(duì)外貿(mào)易的發(fā)展,阻礙了我國(guó)對(duì)外經(jīng)濟(jì)交流與合作。本文分析了國(guó)外對(duì)我國(guó)反傾銷(xiāo)的原因,并提出了我國(guó)企業(yè)應(yīng)對(duì)國(guó)外反傾銷(xiāo)調(diào)查的對(duì)策。

Abstract: China is not only the biggest developing country but also one of the most countries of which situates the accusation of the world anti-dumping. An Affiliation WTO empress, our country has enjoyed the most-favored nation treatment and citizen's treatment, acquired the more stable exit market, won more beneficial international environment. But the abroad anti-dumping is increasing constantly. Its scope extends gradually. It’s affection goes higher and higher. In the last years, the international society has surveyed the anti-dumping of our country’s Business enterprise. It has affected the foreign trade development in our country, and obstructed the outward economic exchanges of our country and cooperation. This text analyzed the reason that the abroad anti dump to our country, and put forward our country business enterprise reply to the survey of abroad anti-dumping.
