內(nèi)容摘要：資源外包的產(chǎn)生絕不是偶然的,而是具有深刻的動(dòng)因。國外學(xué)者多以經(jīng)典理論為支撐，以大量的案例、調(diào)研、統(tǒng)計(jì)為基礎(chǔ)開展外包成因的論述；國內(nèi)的學(xué)者則比較偏重于具體的外包類型，立足于具體的業(yè)務(wù)深入研究其成因。這些理論研究為預(yù)測(cè)資源外包的發(fā)展趨勢(shì)奠定了堅(jiān)實(shí)的基礎(chǔ)。

Abstract：The phenomenon of outsourcing is not appearing by accident, and it has profundity causes.Overseas scholars were analyzing the causes based on classical theories and supported by lots of cases,researches and statistics. The scholars in our country emphasized particularly on special type ofoutsourcing to explore the causes. All of the researches laid a foundation to forecast the outsourcing.
