摘 要
為了滿足加工要求必須采取合理的技術措施,對機床進行改造,這就是巧改技術。本次設計的就是在普通機床上加上的珩磨頭,使其變?yōu)殓颀X機。我的任務就是這個珩磨頭。
主要設計的任務有首先進行總體分析和論述,包括對巧改機床的論述,齒輪的加工以及珩磨的原理等做了介紹,確定將車床改裝為臥式珩磨床,車床主軸作為間接動力源,帶動珩磨頭的主軸作主運動,用車床進給機構完成進給運動,實現(xiàn)珩齒加工。其次是對珩齒加工技術進行完整的詳細的說明,包括珩齒技術的發(fā)展,應用范圍,工作原理,操作方法,主要的優(yōu)缺點等等,以及珩齒誤差產(chǎn)生原因和修正的方法。后面的部分為本次設計重點,因為它的設計質量直接關系到被加工工件的加工質量,設計包括對珩磨頭的一些主要零部件,珩磨輪,摩擦盤,壓盤,偏心盤等等;支撐部件,如滑座,底座等等,軸類部件,包括主軸,心軸,對這些零件進行全面的分析和強度的計算以及校核,還包括部分夾具,彈簧,箱體的設計如胎蓋,窺視蓋等。

Abstract
In order to meet the processing required to take reasonable measures to modify the machine, which is skillfully to technology. The design is in general machine tools, coupled with the honing head, to become Heng machine. My task is the honing head.
