【英文摘要】With the development of Internet web publishing hasbeen the latest trend in the publishing. The differencesbetween the traditional and web publishing are revealedin the paper,and some relevant legal and technical problemsare briefily discussed. At last the realities and prospectof the web publishing in China are analyzed.
