摘要:本文從競(jìng)爭(zhēng)上崗在某些企業(yè)的實(shí)踐情況出發(fā),介紹競(jìng)爭(zhēng)上崗的具體運(yùn)作方法,分析它在企業(yè)管理中發(fā)揮哪些重要作用。指出為使競(jìng)爭(zhēng)上崗機(jī)制更好地發(fā)揮減少冗員、提高效率,激勵(lì)員工主動(dòng)性、積極性,更好地實(shí)現(xiàn)人-崗匹配必須解決競(jìng)爭(zhēng)上崗實(shí)踐中常遇到的問(wèn)題。并提出了以下對(duì)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)上崗的改進(jìn)對(duì)策:在企業(yè)內(nèi)部建立勞動(dòng)市場(chǎng)以緩解減員帶來(lái)的壓力,做好崗位分析工作和完善對(duì)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)上崗人員的測(cè)評(píng)系統(tǒng)使得競(jìng)爭(zhēng)上崗科學(xué)有據(jù),建立健全績(jī)效管理系統(tǒng)促進(jìn)良性競(jìng)爭(zhēng)。

Abstract: This text sets out from the practice the circumstance of going on duty on a competitive basis in some business enterprises. Introduce the concrete operation in competition post method, Analyze the function that going on duty on a competitive basis develop in Business enterprise management. Point out that for making going on duty on a competitive basis produced result better: Reduce the supernumerary personnel and lift high-efficiency, encourage the employee the active, positive. Realizes the person matches with post better. Must resolve the problem that going on duty on a competitive basis often meet. And put improvement suggest of going on duty on a competitive basis forward below: Establish to labor the market in the business enterprise inner part to alleviate the pressure that reduce the member bring. Work well the work Post analysis and the gauge of personnel. Make science of going on duty on a competitive basis and had according to. Establish the sound results management to promote the going on duty on a competitive basis.
