【摘要】
電網(wǎng)公司作為國有獨資企業(yè)，應該以國有資產(chǎn)的保值增值為準繩。為此，為此本設計探討了電網(wǎng)公司的經(jīng)營戰(zhàn)略，國有資產(chǎn)保值增值率和年銷售額增長兩項指標。并從資本經(jīng)營、擴大電力銷售、集約經(jīng)營、人才戰(zhàn)略以及其他各方面來論證。最后指出了電網(wǎng)公司所面臨的風險，提醒電力企業(yè)樹立風險意識，勵精圖治取得經(jīng)濟效益和社會效益的雙豐收。
【Summary】
State-owned individual proprietorship in conduct and actions in company in charged barbed wire net business enterprise, should with the state-owned property protect the value increases in value for standard.For this, inquiried into for this design the charged barbed wire net company operate the strategy, the state-owned property protects the value increases in value the rate to sell with the year the sum increases two index signs.Combine to operate, extend electric power sale, intensive farming, talented person's strategy and other everyone'ses from the capital to the argument.Pointed out the charged barbed wire net company a risk for facing finally, remind that the electric power business enterprise sets up the risk consciousness, making great effort to make country strong the economic performance in acquisition is abundant with the double of the social performance.
