隨著人們對(duì)包裝的不斷重視,對(duì)包裝要求的不斷提高,人們開(kāi)始把目光投向了包裝機(jī)械行業(yè)。然而,我國(guó)的包裝機(jī)械還處于剛起步的狀態(tài),包裝機(jī)械的品種不齊全,自動(dòng)化程度不高
液體物料的灌裝, 首先要解決定量問(wèn)題。液體物料的定量方法可分為三類(lèi):即按重量定量、體積定量和控制液位定量,按重量定量,定量精度較高,但需要一套稱(chēng)重裝置,從而使定量機(jī)構(gòu)的結(jié)構(gòu)復(fù)雜、成本高、定量速度低,目前很少采用;后兩種定量方法, 定量精度一般, 但結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)單、速度高。目前的灌裝機(jī)供料機(jī)構(gòu)基本采用體積定量和控制液位定量。
本次畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)適用小型飲料業(yè)的定量杯式灌裝機(jī)。我首先針對(duì)目前的發(fā)展?fàn)顩r提出了一種總體設(shè)計(jì)方案,接著對(duì)灌裝機(jī)進(jìn)行總體布局設(shè)計(jì)、典型零件的結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)與校核以及對(duì)軸的加工工藝的概述,最后分析了定量杯式灌裝機(jī)的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益。

Abstract
Along with people’s continuously valuing packaging and the request on packaging continuously raising, people start to turn their concern to packaging machine profession. However, the packaging machine of our country is still placed in just the appearance of start and packaging machine species are not well-found.
For the filling of liquid materials,tht first we should solve the question of quantitative. The quantitative of liquid materials can be divided into three kinds: weight quantitative, volume quantitative,control the level of liquid quantitative. Quantitative precision of weight quantitative is higher, but it need a set of weight device,so the system will spend more and be complex ,now there are almost no people use it.
Quantitative precision of The posterior two quantitative methods is normal, but the structure is simple and have high speed. At preset feeding mechanism of filling machine is usually use volume quantitative and control the level of liquid quantitative.
In this graduation design, basing on the existing machine, we design a kind of continuous mode filling machine which is suitable in the small beverage industry。I first propose a plan according to the present development condition. and then carry on the blister packaging total layout design and typical parts structural design and the outlines of the axis machining process, finally analyzed the economic performance of measuring cup filling machine。
