某附屬醫(yī)院藥品用量動(dòng)態(tài)分析

摘要：分析2012年本醫(yī)院一整年的藥品使用的一些情況，為本醫(yī)院藥品使用的合理性提供了可靠的參考根據(jù)，進(jìn)而指導(dǎo)本醫(yī)院的藥品的更合理的應(yīng)用。通過某醫(yī)院的信息系統(tǒng)收集某醫(yī)院2012年全年的藥品使用數(shù)量，金額和品種數(shù)量進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)分析，并且使用ABC分析法對(duì)全年藥物的數(shù)量，藥物的金額，藥物的種數(shù)進(jìn)行分析。并且著重對(duì)于A類的藥物實(shí)行藥理學(xué)的分類和用藥的分析。最后得出的結(jié)果：A類藥物占有藥物總數(shù)量的14.41%，B類藥物占有15.51%，C類藥物占有70.08%。A類藥主要包括于心腦血管系統(tǒng)和抗微生物藥品。藥物在臨床使用中，加強(qiáng)對(duì)各種藥品的合理應(yīng)用的監(jiān)測(cè)是非常重要的。

Drugs in clinical use, strengthen monitoring on the reasonable application of a variety of drugs is very important.
