摘 要

　　人民幣的升值近幾年來成為一個令人關(guān)注的話題，它對我國經(jīng)濟(jì)的影響是不容忽視的。人民幣的升值是一個多重利益方的博弈，對不同利益方的影響也是不同的。因此，人民幣升值是一把雙刃劍，我們應(yīng)當(dāng)揚(yáng)長避短，促進(jìn)經(jīng)濟(jì)更好更快的發(fā)展。本文首先介紹了人民幣升值的歷程，指出人民幣的升值是一個內(nèi)外因素共同作用的結(jié)果。然后結(jié)合當(dāng)前經(jīng)濟(jì)現(xiàn)狀從外債方面、外匯儲備方面、外商投資以及進(jìn)出口等方面分析了人民幣升值以來對我國經(jīng)濟(jì)產(chǎn)生的利與弊。最后應(yīng)對人民幣升值提出了完善匯率形成機(jī)制，優(yōu)化進(jìn)出口結(jié)構(gòu)，調(diào)整產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)等建議。

Abstract

In recent years the appreciation of the RMB become a topic of concern, the impact on our economy can not be ignored. RMB appreciation is a game of multiple stakeholders on the impact of different stakeholders are different. Therefore, the reva luation of the RMB is a double-edged sword, we should extend its advantages and avoid its disadvantages, to promote better and faster economic development. This paper first introduces the history of the RMB appreciation, pointing out that the appreciation of the RMB is a combined effect of internal and external factors results. And then combined with the current economic situation from the foreign debt, the foreign exchange reserves, the foreign investment and import and export areas such as analysis of RMB appreciation on China's economy since the pros and cons. Finally, a response to appreciation of the RMB exchange rate forming mechanism to improve and optimize the import and export structure, adjust the industrial structure and so on.
