摘要：
本文總結(jié)探索了基于J2EE的辦公自動化系統(tǒng)總體設(shè)計方法與實施思路，開發(fā)了檢察院辦公自動化系統(tǒng)。辦公自動化系統(tǒng)Office Automation (OA)即借助于先進(jìn)的設(shè)備，并由這些設(shè)備與辦公人員構(gòu)成服務(wù)于某種目標(biāo)的人－機(jī)信息處理系統(tǒng)。其目的是盡可能充分利用信息資源，提高工作效率和質(zhì)量，輔助決策，達(dá)到既定目的。本課題旨在將工作流管理技術(shù)作為一種過程建模和過程管理的核心技術(shù)，和OA系統(tǒng)有效地結(jié)合，生成符合檢察院業(yè)務(wù)需求的管理系統(tǒng)，從而提高檢察院系統(tǒng)的信息化應(yīng)用水平。
Abstract
the paper discusses the characteristics, the developing status and the future study trend of the workflow technology. Next the paper focuses on the research of workflow modeling, workflow management system architecture and workflow processing. Then the requirement, the architecture, and the functional models of procuratorate office automation system are studied and developed. Moreover, the workflow model of OA System is proposed after mass investigation and the system is finally implemented in succeed.
