本論文根據(jù)設(shè)計(jì)要求,詳細(xì)介紹了FM/FSK無線發(fā)射機(jī)的設(shè)計(jì)工作,電路設(shè)計(jì)的重點(diǎn)主要集中在高頻電路的設(shè)計(jì),這是整個電路設(shè)計(jì)的難點(diǎn)。經(jīng)過調(diào)試和測試,可以看出,無線發(fā)射機(jī)的各功能模塊運(yùn)行流暢自然且各項(xiàng)性能指標(biāo)均基本達(dá)到了設(shè)計(jì)要求且具有一定的實(shí)用價值。本課題研制的FSK無線發(fā)射機(jī),具有設(shè)計(jì)新穎、結(jié)構(gòu)簡單、高性能、控制靈活等特點(diǎn),有很大的市場開發(fā),應(yīng)用前景。對于缺少射頻無線電子線路設(shè)計(jì)經(jīng)驗(yàn)的工程技術(shù)人員來說,射頻無線發(fā)射/接收電路的設(shè)計(jì)是無線應(yīng)用的一個瓶頸。希望通過畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)能使我更加牢固地掌握無線通信電子線路的基本理論,掌握無線發(fā)射/接收電路的基本設(shè)計(jì)方法和分析方法,能夠熟練地進(jìn)行無線發(fā)射/接收應(yīng)用電路的設(shè)計(jì)與制作,為從事這方面盡一步的學(xué)習(xí)與研究工作打下堅(jiān)實(shí)的基礎(chǔ)。

Abstract
This text introduced the basic principle and characteristics of FM and FSK, combined a popular technique at present, and designed a wireless transmitter which has a novel design, simple structure, high performance, vivid control. It also will have a very big market and development foreground. Plenty of detailed theoretical analysis and design are made from total project to the single unit of electric circuit, and test to the function and various parameter of the system is made and record vividly in a reasonable way. At actual usage, the system' appears to the characteristics of easy operation, good stability, excellent function, and so on. Completely come to the design request of topic.

設(shè)計(jì)要求
設(shè)計(jì)FM/FSK無線發(fā)射機(jī)的發(fā)射部分,要求如下:
(1)熟悉通信原理的相關(guān)理論知識,掌握高頻電路設(shè)計(jì)方法。
(2)采用調(diào)頻(FM)和頻率鍵控(FSK)方式。
(3)實(shí)現(xiàn)語音信號的載波發(fā)射。
(4)學(xué)會無線發(fā)射機(jī)的發(fā)射模塊部分的調(diào)制和測試。
(5)設(shè)計(jì)的FM/FSK無線發(fā)射機(jī)參數(shù)如下:載波頻率10.7MHZ;256通道可選擇;發(fā)射功率≥0dBm;信噪比≥100dB。
(6)可考慮通過單片機(jī)控制切換通道。
