摘 要
嬰兒手推車，起源于歐洲，至今已有超過三百年以上的歷史，但在中國(guó)的嬰兒手推車出現(xiàn)只有十幾年時(shí)間，而現(xiàn)在中國(guó)已經(jīng)成為世界上最大的童車制造國(guó)，一些國(guó)外安全不合標(biāo)準(zhǔn)而被禁用的車型，卻充斥著國(guó)內(nèi)市場(chǎng)，隨時(shí)威脅著寶寶的安全。中國(guó)兒童手推車發(fā)展時(shí)間較短，產(chǎn)品研發(fā)能力也相對(duì)較弱。而兒童用手推車是每個(gè)兒童成長(zhǎng)過程中必備的交通工具，它給孩子提供了親近自然的有利條件，設(shè)計(jì)優(yōu)良的兒童用手推車甚至有助于孩子更好的成長(zhǎng)。所以提高國(guó)內(nèi)兒童手推車設(shè)計(jì)以及生產(chǎn)的生產(chǎn)質(zhì)量關(guān)系到兒童這一弱勢(shì)群體的切身利益，應(yīng)該得到整個(gè)社會(huì)的廣泛關(guān)注。
在這次設(shè)計(jì)過程中，我的工作主要有以下幾點(diǎn)：
1.了解嬰幼兒手推車的主要結(jié)構(gòu)以及國(guó)內(nèi)外手推車市場(chǎng)的主要市場(chǎng)行情?？梢栽谠O(shè)計(jì)最初始針對(duì)市場(chǎng)行情設(shè)計(jì)方案，對(duì)最剛開始的設(shè)計(jì)工作起指導(dǎo)作用。
2.設(shè)計(jì)手推車的原理框架圖，根據(jù)行業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和經(jīng)驗(yàn)尺寸確定手推車的大體尺寸，然后在手推車的原理圖上進(jìn)行三維建模，用solidworks和proe畫出關(guān)鍵零部件的結(jié)構(gòu)和主要零件圖。
3.查閱資料和調(diào)研好孩子公司了解手推車的制造工藝，將手推車的零件進(jìn)行分類，確定零件的制造工藝路線。

Abstract

So to improve the design and production of domestic stroller production quality related to the vital interests of the vulnerable groups of children , should be widespread concern of the whole society .
  During the design process, I work mainly in the following points:
1 Understand the main structure of the market at home and abroad infant trolley trolley major market . You can design for the market , most of the design work from the beginning in the design of the initial guidance .
2 trolleys diagram design principle framework , based on industry standards and experience to determine the size of the general size of the cart , and then three-dimensional modeling on the schematic trolley with solidworks and proe draw key components of the structure and main parts diagram .
3 access to information and research companies understand trolley boy 's manufacturing process, will be classified trolley parts , determine the route part of the manufacturing process .
