摘要 本論文闡述的是電渦流式金屬鍍層測厚儀的設(shè)計,電渦流傳感器,具有靈敏度高、頻響范圍寬、可實現(xiàn)非接觸式測量及適用性強等特點。此種傳感器在金屬鍍層、板材厚度測量及材質(zhì)鑒別中應(yīng)用廣泛。本課題利用電渦流傳感器、單片機系統(tǒng)設(shè)計出一種金屬鍍層測厚儀,它能實現(xiàn)不同金屬鍍層的厚度測量、厚度合格檢驗及其超標(biāo)警報,通過鍵盤進行待測金屬鍍層種類輸入、厚度合格檢驗時的設(shè)定厚度和誤差等級設(shè)置,并用LED顯示,給出合格檢驗時超標(biāo)與否的指示燈提示及蜂鳴超標(biāo)報警提示。本系統(tǒng)由兩部分組成:硬件系統(tǒng)和軟件系統(tǒng)。硬件系統(tǒng)利用電渦流傳感器及測量電路測量不同材質(zhì)和厚度的金屬鍍層,得到不同電壓,經(jīng)放大后進行模數(shù)轉(zhuǎn)換輸入單片機。單片機通過軟件編程對被測數(shù)據(jù)進行相關(guān)處理,結(jié)果送往LED顯示器進行顯示,并外接蜂鳴器和指示燈實現(xiàn)超標(biāo)報警。軟件系統(tǒng)用C語言進行編程,采用模塊化設(shè)計思想。

Abstract This paper describes the eddy current coating thickness gauge metal design, eddy current sensor with high sensitivity, wide frequency range, enabling non-contact measurement and applicability, and other characteristics. Such sensors are widely used in metal plating, sheet thickness measurement and material Identification. . The use of eddy current sensor issue, SCM system to design a metal coating thickness, it can achieve different metallic coating thickness measurement, the thickness of passing inspection and excessive alerts via keyboard input types tested metal coating thickness passing inspection set thickness and error level is set, and the LED display, when excessive or not passing inspection are given prompt and beep indicator exceeded the alarm. The system consists of two parts: hardware and software systems. Hardware system uses eddy current sensor and measuring circuit measuring metal coating of different materials and thicknesses , get a different voltage and amplified analog to digital converter input microcontroller . SCM software programming related to processing of the measured data, the results sent to the LED monitor display, and an external alarm buzzer and lights to achieve excessive. Software systems in C language programming, modular design.
