淺析襲警案件發(fā)生原因及防范

摘要
近年來，暴力襲警案件頻發(fā)，目前我國對襲警犯罪刑事立法的滯后已經(jīng)成為滋長社會不法勢力和不法分子囂張氣焰的重要根源。襲警這一危害國家安全、挑戰(zhàn)國家公權(quán)力的行為，不僅是對警察生命的威脅，對司法資源的破壞，更會嚴重違紀人民群眾的公共安全感。通過分析襲警案件的發(fā)生原因，在我國《刑法》增設(shè)襲警罪可以保護警察執(zhí)法權(quán)威和權(quán)益，從而起到防范襲警案件的發(fā)生，更好地保護公民權(quán)

Raids the police case's occurrence reason through the analysis, "Criminal law" additionally builds in our country raids the police crime to be possible to protect police the law enforcement authority and the rights and interests, thus has the guard to raid the police case's occurrence, protects the civil rights well
