摘 要

本設(shè)計(jì)以CBN超硬刀片研磨裝置為研究對象,論述了CBN的組成、特點(diǎn),PCBN的歷史、現(xiàn)狀、和發(fā)展趨勢,以及CBN超硬刀片裝置的結(jié)構(gòu)。設(shè)計(jì)的過程。
通過對CBN及CBN超硬刀片研磨裝置的特點(diǎn)的分析,確定方案,設(shè)計(jì)CBN超硬刀片研磨裝置的機(jī)械系統(tǒng),包括主運(yùn)動系統(tǒng)和進(jìn)給運(yùn)動系統(tǒng)。本設(shè)計(jì)說明書包括了主運(yùn)動系統(tǒng)和進(jìn)給運(yùn)動系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)的相關(guān)計(jì)算,以及CBN超硬刀片研磨裝置重要零部件的校核驗(yàn)算,以及結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)的說明,裝置的使用說明。
